Ingredients
- Bitterleaf (washed to reduce bitterness)- 1/2 cup
- Cocoyam (pounded or powdered)- 4 medium
- Palm oil- 1 cup
- Beef, goat meat, or assorted meat- 2 lbs
- Stock fish- 1 medium piece
- Crayfish- 1/2 cup ground
- Seasoning cubes- 3 cubes
- Salt & pepper- to taste
Preparation
- Cook meats and stockfish until tender.
- Add palm oil and cocoyam paste to thicken.
- Add crayfish and seasoning.
- Stir in bitterleaf and simmer until flavors combine.
